Ehhez szükségünk van az Ön gépkocsija forgalmi engedélyének és környezetvédelmi felülvizsgálatát igazoló lapnak („zöld kártyájának") a teljes fénymásolatára, amelyet e-mailben, faxon és postai úton küldhet el nekünk.
A legtöbb gépkocsi - fõként az EU-ban az utóbbi idõben forgalomba helyezettek - azonnal megkaphatja a szükséges matricát. Azonban, ha a káros anyag kibocsátás mértéke túl magas, akkor nem kaphat matricát, s e tényrõl is tájékoztatjuk. A többi gépkocsi esetében vagy azt közöljük, hogy milyen iratokat kell még benyújtani a szükséges matrica kiállításához és megküldéséhez, vagy pedig azt, hogy a Német Szövetségi Köztársaság illetékes szakhatósága a gépkocsi emissziós értékeit nem tudja meghatározni és így a matrica kiállítására vonatkozó kérelem ügyében nem hozhat döntést. Ezen esetben külön kérésre az eljárást még három hónapig figyelemmel kísérjük annak érdekében, hogy esetleg mégis kiállítható legyen a matrica.
Ezt a szolgáltatást az EU-n belül forgalomba helyezett gépkocsik esetében 29,90 euróért nyújtjuk, az Európa más országaiban forgalomba helyezett gépkocsik esetében pedig ennek a díja 39,80 euró. 10 euró felár ellenében a matricára nem kézzel, hanem nyomtatott formában visszük fel a gépkocsi rendszámát.
Amennyiben nem lehetséges a matrica kiállítása, akkor a szolgáltatás díja 15 euróra mérséklõdik. A túlfizetést visszatérítjük.
